Sausage Cheddar Egg Bake

- 2 lb sausage (cooked, drained and crumbled)
- 12 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup light sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉.
- Cook the sausage and drain it well. Allow it to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs, milk and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of cheese and the sausage.
- Pour this mixture into a greased 9x13 casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350℉ for 45 minutes, or until the top is light brown and the casserole is just barely jiggly. You are looking for the eggs to be cooked through and set up.
