Ingredients
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 3 cloves garlic (minced into a paste)
- ¼ cup water

Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl or glass measuring cup.
- Mix really well.
- Cover and microwave for one minute to dissolve the honey.
- Mix well before use and store tightly sealed in the refrigerator.
Notes
I will sometimes add in a teaspoon of sesame oil for extra Asian flavor.
