This pasta dish is a delightful fusion of creamy, comforting Italian cuisine and the bold, spicy flavors of Cajun cooking. For cooks, this dish offers an exciting opportunity to experiment with seasoning and technique. The chicken is coated in a zesty Cajun spice mix, then pan-seared to achieve a golden, flavorful crust. This adds a smoky, spicy depth that contrasts beautifully with the rich, velvety Alfredo sauce made from cream cheese, milk and Parmesan cheese.
