Blackened Chicken Alfredo can be as spicy as you want and at $1.73 per serving it can make a more frequent appearance on your table. This cheap recipe for two can easily be doubled or tripled to feed your family.

Blackening Seasoning Tips

Blackening seasoning varies in flavor and heat intensity. I use Zatarain’s because I like the flavor. It is a little milder which is great because I’m not always a fan of super spicy food. I just add more when I do want to bring on the heat. Find a brand with the flavor you like and then learn how much to add for your taste buds. If you get a different brand the next time you may find that you need to use a different amount for the same result.
